Dear Homeowners,
| The Tabler Estates Homeowners Association (TEHOA) would like to express its gratitude to all individuals who actively participated in the survey vote concerning the use of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). This survey was an integral component in the decision-making process. The overwhelming support from the majority of the voting neighborhood is of utmost importance to the Board. Our objective is to align with the desires of our neighbors while ensuring a safe and tranquil community.
Consequently, after numerous attempts and measures, we have decided to implement an immediate and permanent ban on the usage of mini bikes, dirt bikes, go-karts, and ATVs by unlicensed riders. We acknowledge that this prohibition may cause inconvenience to those who adhere to the regulations. However, we firmly believe that this measure is imperative for the safety of riders and pedestrians, the peace of mind of motorists, and the consideration of homeowners. In the event that any individual is found in violation of this ban and is caught operating these vehicles on the streets of Tabler Estates, the homeowner of the residence where they reside or are visiting will be subject to a fine of $50 for each occurrence.
